intermittent lockout 24 I junior ( non condensing)

I have a Worcester 24junior, (early one not the greenstar) intermittent lockout, suspect ignition lockout, but cannot repeat fault when on site, all works lovely after reset. Frustrating!!!
Fan replaced last year (seized)
Inlet 23Mbar standing 21mbar working
Bp12mbar
Spark gap/electrodes/leads/good
flow rate 13lp/min

Any ideas???!!!
