niether i use the ptfe string from the dispensers now but for the life of me i cant recall its trade name. think its called 55
doesnt wind up tangled round the tools or go funny on the reels lasts for ages can be used on gas and best of all it never leaks, well it hasnt yet

It depends! If its gas you will probably get chewed out if you use bos white and hemp. Its a Gas thick PTFE job.

If its water it makes no odds really except bos white isn't for potable.

If its for central heating bos white and hemp is usually best as PTFE costs a bomb and so does PTFE string.
