just chased up my JIB card after 2 weeks told I wont get it for 6-8 weeks
when I asked about the delay was told due to staff shortages when I said this is unacceptable was told just tell any prospective employer to ring them and they will confirm my status why do they not inform you of any delays on their website when you download applicaton form.then to add insult to injury told me the serial no on the card and when it would expire .anyone else affected by staff shortages?🙁😡regards mr unhappy[turnpin]
