Just had a weird one.

Bloke had a combi in the kitchen. Basin in bathroom has cold run from a tank in the loft and hot from combi. First for me.

ive just done a bathroom that had cwsc feeding toilet and elecy shower combi feeding basin and bath taps hot and mains cold too

I have seen 2 or 3 propertys like this, very odd.
One place I worked in had a mixer shower with hot from a combi and cold from the tank, the customer didn't know he had a tank.
I had a surprise when I was removing the old shower.

Becuase I'm guessing 0.2 bar cold and 3 bar hot would make for a too hot shower?

I had toilets fed from me the tank. Why do that?

yeah. when you've done a syphon change and you have to help it fill back up with buckets of water to give it a few test flushes because you haven't got a spare century to wait

No PRV was fitted, but the shower wasn't working that's why I was removing it.
