London County Council as approved for use by.

Before nationally applied regulations came out, each area had their own standards and Local By-Laws. So an LCC bend was one approved by London County Council.

The Long Radius bend at the foot of a soil stack is commonly known as an LCC bend.

LCS is low carbon steel, LCC low carbon cast? Educated guess maybe but I searched and saw that or maybe it's a coincidence that it's a London council approved soil pipe...

And wfs, I 'bothered posting' because you asked a question, if you seem to know it all don't ask the question and I won't try to help
 
It was supposed to be tongue in cheek,you wont survive long on building sites if your easy to upset!
