heys guys,
I have just installed a basin with a pop-up waste, and have discovered a leak from the ball lever that goes into the side of the waste that pops the plug open.
Is there any suggestions that I could use to stop the leak, other than filling the void with sealant........? 😱

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....or should i just replace it, if so, what do people think of click-clack waste?

Thanks

Frankief

No there isn't, don't know there was meant to be any....but not sure if the leak is coming from, maybe where the rod goes thru the ball. it isnt a big leak, but enough to be a pain......

where can I get these bushes from? 🙂

Thanks

Hi

Is this a new product that you have just fitted? As you may be best getting a new waste for it

Have you had a look at the seal between the ball and the waste? usually there are washers here, are they present?

the poly bushes are cup shaped ,and fit one each side of ball bigger one next to waste, smaller between nut and ball

Sorry,
There is the big one cup shaped bushal between ball and waste, but not between ball and nut.....is there a way of getting around this, or can I get one of these from good plumber merchants...not sure whether PTFE is a good way of doing this.....

Thanks for all your help.
