Leaking chrome towel rad

Hi,

Got a leaking electric chrome towel rail. A pin hole where one of the rails joins the up right. Anyone and ideas on what to use to plug ao patch it up?

just for future ref Chris, how old is it and where did you buy it. Only ask because I have seen B&Q ones go within two years!
