I live in a "multi occupancy building" A FLAT in old money.

The water supply to each flat is fed off a 4 way plastic manifold?

Where the supply to each flat is connected to the manifold, there is a slight/moderate leak.

The local water company is not interested so far, and a plumber has had a look and said this type of
piping is now obsolete, and he cannot repair it.

Are there any other avenues to explore?

I have posted some pictures in a large format here. http://tinyurl.com/gqbqrx3

Thanks.

The management company / agent for the building should be sorting it out.

And yes that type of plastic pipe is still available the problem is though it's not instant set glue for the joints, it needs time to set.

It'll either have to be made up in advance and left to set or
it would be simpler to replace the fabricated manifold in copper.

There's more than 1 leak happening there.
