logic combi 30 F1 error code

Hi, can anyone help with an F1 code on a logic combi 30 boiler? Ive tried turning the blue and black valves but nothing happens 9part from water coming out!) and the pressure is still at zero. Do I need to use a filling loop to attach between the two? teh boilers a few months old but there doesnt seem to be a loop with it?
any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum Mark but unless you can prove to the mods that you are gas safe engineer I doubt you will get the info you require, please understand it is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Get hold of your installer he may have one he could bob round with
