Looking for GSR for job in Newark - not far from Nottingham/Lincoln

I want to buy a 3 bed semi detached house, but first I would like to get a quote on a new boiler.
The house has old boiler that's located behind gas 'fireplace' in dinning room, the hot water tank is in a cupboard next to it and the cold water tank is in bathroom on 1st floor.
I would like to get a combi boiler, change its placement to kitchen (3-4m away), and of course remove the tanks. Possibly change/reroute water/gas pipes. Add a radiator or two - there is at least one room with no rads at all.

At least that's how I see it. I am just starting to research the whole boiler thing.

I will most likely buy the house if the job is doable and within a reasonable cost (don't be scared off by this reasonable part).
