Hi I'm 31 and been at Oldham College learning under Dave Boote since Sept 2010 studing to be a plumber and heating engineer. I have passed both my health and saftey and cold water exams I have my own tools, equipment and transport. I'm after a plumbers mate job to get in to the industry. I'm a very hard working and have a can do attitude, I do have some on site plumbing knowledge as I have replaced a few taps, fixed an couple of toilets and replaced a radiator so I'm not a complete beginner.
I am only unavailable on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as this is when college is. I'm keen to learn from an experienced plumber and would relish any opportunity I may get.I do understand the financial climate and that very few people are taking anybody on but any opportunity would be much appreciated. I live in Royton, Oldham but willing to travel in and around the surrounding area (manchester).
If anyone can help give me then please message me and I can either give you a call or come and meet you.
