Hi I am new here, my name is Paul, im 34, from Croydon. My uncle was a plumber at a hospital in south London and I have been thinking about getting into plumbing myself to follow in his footsteps since he passed away a few years back.

Don't want to get in too much debt in the process though...lol, highly unlikely from what I have read here, and given my age not able to find an apprenticeship.

I don't have any previous experience and I am currently unemployed, hence why I want to do it now. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

I have looked at a couple of options so far which I am not sure about as they mean financing which right now is a bad thing, but they are Trade 4 trade skills and New career skills, they are kind of a last resort if there is another option then I will look into it.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice. Paul.

Try and discuss the matter with the job centre as u are currently out of work they will prob do more for you?

Thanks for the advice, I will pop in there tomorrow and see what they have to say! 🙂

hIN Paul
