We have a Culligan Water Softener. We lost power during its regeneration process. Since then we have very little water coming out of the cold water faucets. Just COLD. Hot water is fine. The water pressure came back for a few days after the power outage. But now it is back to having very little cold water coming out again. Every faucet, toilet and tub has hardly any cold water coming out. We took out the aerators but the water coming out is still very low. We bypassed the water softener thinking there was a blockage in the softener, but nothing changed. Do you think there is some type of blockage where the cold water goes upstairs at the shutoff?
