Hi all. I have query regarding a DHW issue on a Ideal Logic 24. Boiler is less than two years old. Central heating function works fine. Boiler starts and fires when called for. CH water temp to radiators seems fine. In DHW mode. HW tap on. Water flow ok. Boiler starts and burner indicator on. Water temp is just Luke warm. No change in temperature regardless of position of DHW temperature dial. There are no fault codes indicated. Any suggestion would be very welcome.

Let the boiler get cold and then turn a hot tap on. Feel that heating flow coming out of the boiler, if it gets hot the diverter valve is faulty. Don't forget that the warranty on a logic is 2 years.

thermisters will have gone , use a multimeter and see if you get continuity through the power inputs , if not i reckon its scaled up or full of sludge , did it get powerflushed

Thanks guys. I will check the thermistors. Regarding sludge. It is an almost new complete system that was installed on a grant for my in-laws just over a year ago.
