LPG Install - Glow Worm Ultracom2

So help needed please... Just got back from a landlords certificate, LPG bottle system with a Ultracom2 30cxi installed, gone to do FGA hook up analyser put boiler into P1 mode boiler fires then FGA readings go off the chart and analyser alarm goes off, pulled analyser out as i did the co2 reading was 10.0 and the co reading in the 4k ppm is there a way i can reset the gas valve to roughly where it should be for lpg so i dont damage my FGA then fine tune to get the co2 spot on?

You didn't have it on natural gas did you?

No it was set to LPG

run the boiler for 15 mins first on heating then take it upto to max, might help,
