hello. just started with a new company and really enjoying. my new boss said yesterday that if all goes well he'll put me through LPG training. just wondering how long it was, how difficult and any tips that you could give me? thank you for any replies

thanks shaun. im already gsr for ng so im thinking it wont be as intense as my original acs for ng

I had a day in the classroom and another day for exams, not much to it as long as you know the basics.

without learning much? upso's, opso's, regulator lock up - the list is endless and sadly very interesting

i learned it but the training centre rushed me through a ton of theory exams that i had very little prior knowledge of, then straight into practical( all of ten mins) point is there are better traing centres and would have prefered even if it cost more, to train over a few days to allow it to sink in and be comfortable with it all. was very daunting on my first few jobs.
