Main he heat only boiler

Got a boiler service on a main he boiler on Thursday.

Never worked on a main boiler before. Anything to look out for?

Said keeps cutting in and out so first check will be electrodes.

Yeah customer asked for service and how much etc but then lead on to saying it's playing up! Lol
