Hi there,
This is my first post. Please help! :?
I have an intermittent fault with my boiler. Heating is on a timer - sometimes the pilot lights as usual, heating comes on for a while & then pilot light goes out, heating goes off, house is freezing. I manually press reset & it works again for a while only for the same thing to happen again...
Or pilot light doesnt come on at all (when timer does), I manually reset and it is then OK for a while.
My boiler is a Maxol Microturbo 50 (and I can email the manual to anyone who is interested)
Thank you!!

Has the system got enough water in it ,that will numerous problem or it could be a pump issue

Thank you for your reply.
My water presure is fine and the expansion vessel is at 1 bar. Radiators dont need bleeding.
Do you mean enough volume of water though? How do I tell? 😕

when the boiler fires up do you hear any banging noises or put your hand on the flow pipe and see if they are getting warm if both pipes get red hot the pump is the problem and the boiler could be over heating ,this is the first thing to eliminate
