Megaflow and awful flow rate from showers.

My friend has a megaflow system but the flow rate at the showers in the house is awful. What is the best way to increase the pressure/flow rate for this sort of system? They already have a 25mm MDPE pipe from the mains coming in to the property. I need to quote them for fitting a shower on the top floor but don't want to take the gamble of fitting a mixer shower if the pressure is not going to be good.

You need to check what the flow rate is at the incoming mains
Could be a problem with system if you find flow rate is ok at mains
Have you checked any line strainers on combination valve?

Test the standing pressure, dynamic pressure and the flow rate on the incoming main and go from there.
