Name that... thermostat

Hi, I recently moved into a flat with an underfloor heated kitchen. Either it has stopped working or I've buggered up the thermostat and can't get it to work (it had been working until recently on whatever old programme it was set on). Does anyone know what model thermostat this is so I might find some instructions?

I would suggest you get it replaced with a modern touch screen or WiFi enabled unit ....
