Repainting the bathroom door, I'd like to fit a new door handle/plate. I've got one of those slider locks but always find they start to come loose (other people try and open door so forces it and eventually pulls out) so are there any handles with a built in lock in the plate fitting? Something like this

Would I need to cut out larger hole in the door, I've done that before and it took several hours. A simple swop with new mech. will be so much quicker I'd prefer the new mech to be the same size as existing spring loaded unit.
