Welcome Lee never easy starting a business let alone in this climate, best of luck with that.
Shame your not closer to me or I could offer you some work with me, often turning away work these days because of other commitments.

A little tip look up your local landlords meetings and go along and be helpfull do plenty of work at very reasonable rates and get your name out there, if you get in with the right landlords they will keep you busy 🙂
