Hi there. I'm new to this forum, and just looking for some advice. We have just had a new bathroom and have gone for mixer taps on the bath, but I have noticed that when the hot tap is in the off position the tap lever is not facing straight ahead, it is turning in, and it's gradually turning further in. It wasn't like this when it was fitted three weeks ago. Is there an easy way to fix it please? I hope my description of the problem makes sense 🙂

We will contact the plumber. I won't bother him today as he's just got back from his honeymoon 🙂 but here's a picture of the problem taps.

You will find a small grub screw at the back or behind a small silver plug. It just needs to be tightened up. Undue it a little more put the handle in the correct position job done. But make sure you put the plug in you don't want to lose the grub screw down the plug hole.

Thank you so much. I've relayed that to my husband so he knows what he needs to do now 🙂
