I've had a new oil boiler installed but not working correctly
In the old boiler there was four pipes connected, 2 flows and 2 returns, one flow and return used for upstairs heating and the other flow and return for 2 zones downstairs, and the plumber connected both flows together and returns together before entering the boiler. All motorised valves appear to be working correctly.
There were 2 pumps being used, I assume on the return lines?
When first turned the boiler went into over temperature so plumber fitted a third pump after where the 2 returns joined and before entering boiler.
The radiators are heating a lot better but some are just hot at the bottom, and some not heating at all.
Is there a need for the 3 pumps or is one suffice now there is only one return line entering the boiler or is there anything else suggested?
Thanks in advance..
