new to forums

[bovril360]

hi everyone, ive just joined for advice on my boiler. i have a ferrolli modena 102 and i cannot control the temperature on the hot water, the dial doesnt work. the water just comes out boiling hot, to hot to touch. i have kids and am scared they r going to scald themselves. if anyone could help me out i would be very grateful, thanks.

Welcome to the forums,hope you enjoy

If you post you quesion in the central heating forum you will get better responce ,however your boiler requires seting up correctly by a gas safe plumber
To many installers just stick the boiler on the wall ,leaving the factory settings on heating and hot water,water flow rates and heating requirements of each property should be taken into account and each boiler set up accordingly
The control you have on the front of the boiler is limited and only works correctly if boiler set up right
Call a gas safe plumber in to service and set upo your boiler correctly,we do not bite,will probably get some of the cost back on bill savings
