New URGENT Prefix Available For New Threads

@centralheatking suggested we have an urgent area of the forum: Suggestion with regards to Urgent Plumbing Advice

I thought I'd add a prefix for threads for now. Perhaps if we end up a lot lot busier we'll lose new threads easy and then it might be needed as a whole section of the forum.

Until then people can mark their threads with URGENT so they stand out in the Whats New section of the website so that we can spot them easy.

I just clocked a person using the new tag to ask about a tap change lol

Fitting Vellamo touch Kitchen taps - UK Plumbers Forums | Plumbing Advice; Plumbers Talk Forum

I have been trying to fit a Vellamo touch tap but can't get water flow through, I can hear the tap clicking but nothing happens.

Part of the reason I don't think a whole section would work. I think people assume their problem is an emergency no matter what it is.

We'll work with this prefix and see what happens over the coming weeks. 🙂
