Newbie need help!

hello everyone🙂, thankyou for letting me join this forum, i joined so i could learn some knowledge on plumbing and get some helpfull advice on my proplems.
i am experiencing some issues with my hot water, it gets hot downstairs fine but just luke warm upstairs😕, my boiler is a vaillant combi an oldish one id say about 10 yrs, and also the pressure drops within days im constantly puting the pressure up.
pls can someone give me some advice🙂
