Would be very grateful if anyone could assist in solving a plumbing problem:

I have no water either hot or cold at all coming from my mixer tap in my kitchen. The

water supply is fine in the bathroom. I then checked the flow going into the cold

water cistern by pressing down on the ball-valve and the inflow was working.

i can't work out why both supplies to kitchen are'nt there! Don't they come in seperate

pipes? Is there a area within the system which they share and is blocked?

The weather hit -8 the other evening after which i had this problem.

Would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Allybongo, yes you were spot on with your diagnosis! Was indeed frozen pipes and, fortunately, the supply has returned.

Nothing looks burst (fingers and legs crossed!).

Really appreciate you replying . . .thank you.
