No hot water from mixer tap

Hello, I need help in finding out a reason why a mixer tap is not performing. The mixer tap is fed by a gravity fed vented hot water system. All other outlets were reaching above 50C. How ever this one out let was only pushing hot water out at 34c. What could be affecting this mixer tap. There are no tmv fitted to the any part of the system. Why would this mixer operate below 50 when all the others compliant?

blockage on the hot?

Is there a ball o fix valve inle to the inlets?

Check the inlets themselves, if all clear then check the cartridge in the mixer tap

faulty mixer cold and hot mixing in body try turning off cold supply to test

that's possible. with hot side turned on hold onto pipe underneath until it heats up then turn on cold with hot still on. while still holding hot pipe does it get cooler with cold tap on? if it does, the cold is forcing back down the hot pipe best fix is to fit non return valve to hot pipe to stop cold forcing up hot pipe.

Q` is this a new tap ? as a lot of new taps are only suitable for high pressure systems.
