no mains cold reaching shower

hi guys id like some opinions please . customer had replaced valve in a miro thermostatic shower and still wasnt working. i removed whole assembly and almost no water was coming through. combi boilersystem. First thought was for air lock so forced hot back into cold supply. this has improved cold supply but still way insuficient to work shower. so im now of opinion it must be a physical block. would most agree? if so is there any way of clearing it? the supply is 22mm going past basin(branched off in 15 mm) on to shower also branched of in 15mm then on to bath wher 22mm terminates. bath flow is fine basin flow isnt great but ok. hot supply is great at all exits. pipe work is behinfd wet wall so ideally dont want to be ripping out even though that would be more work for me.

Have you checked the filters for blockage? Could be a bit of a perished washer from the basin tap that's causing obstruction

Is their a strainer on the cold feed supply? These often block up .

It will be a filter blockage. Mains pressure does not get air locks unless someone knows different (or lives next to reservoir)
