no water flowing at all

boiler is vailiant ecotec plus there is no flow of water at all coming from hot taps.
ive not been to see the job yet . its in my auntys house and im going later.
she insures me no valves have been turned off.
any ideas?
(it will probably be a valve turned off or something 🙂 ) but if ant one has any other reason for this happening i would appreciate any help😕

May be divertor v/v
or isolation v/v under boiler

the right hand valve on the filling loop , knocks out the hot flow , if turned on .
