Landlords check on a year old Logic + combi today with complaints from the neighbours of noise from "the pipe outside". Turned up and it was sounding like a fog horn when it fired. Anyone care to guess the problem?

I would be looking at a blockage in the gas supply as Gasman, firstly.

Also look at the joints in the flue assy, is the Logic + a telescopic flue or a cut with a blunt
blade type ! I have seen some shocking flue pipe cuts.

No to all 3. Should have said it's now running fine. It's a long gas run so my initial though was under gassed but I had 22 at meter and 21 at boiler on HW demand. Did it with cover off so I discounted air supply contamination problems. CO2 is factory set and no requirement to check on installation.

blocked condense i would say if it was an isar but logic + could be worth checking.

Zeb and MZR have it. Not blocked but condense pipe running uphill. Cut an inch off it and all was well.
