Noisy pipework

Hi all
We have a baxi combi boiler. Just lately on using hot tap either in kitchen or bathroom sink we sometimes get a pusating waterflow accompanied by a loud vibration seemingly in pipework or possibly boiler itself. Any thoughts? TIA.
