Hi,

I have back to wall toilet and today I have realised that the handle doesn't work properly,or rather you can simply pull it out from the wall, when I tried to fixed it again and the handle came into the hole but unfortunately:sick: they flush doesn't work ...i don't know if there is any solution to improve it,because I'm scared that whole the wall where is the handle needs to be destroyed to get the access to the mechanism ...any advice?

there should be an access panel to enable you to get at the internal workings. if not i'm afraid you'll have to break into the wall. is the wall tiled or papered/painted? perhaps get someone in to look at it.

There should be access to the back of the cistern for maintenance. If it is papered you will have to find the groove and run a sharp knife along it to free the panel, then carefully find the screw heads holding the cover on.
