Is there a timescale we have to notify work , had a customer ring up moaning about receiving no paperwork for her fire i installed about 5 months ago lol.

Gas Safe are normally ok if its a bit late. 6 Months is generally the timescale. I completely forgot to register a boiler. It was only when I went to do the first service and the customer asked about a certificate I realised I had forgotten. I called up Gas Safe and they were fine with it.

I done that before more than once lol

I've done it twice now when I forgot to notify, GS where fine and didn't bat an eyelid when eventually I did remember 7 months later. (That reminds me I need to register the one I put in 2 weeks ago)!
