Just a note for motivation for you guys and girls struggling for placements.
Had a call from a lad this morning wanting a placement. A very well timed phone call as next week we were going to start looking for the next trainee. He is coming for an interview/ test/ do we like him / does he like us on Tuesday .
If he is lucky he may only be trapped under the floor for a few hours 😛
