There are [DLMURL="http://www.ukplumbersforums.co.uk/levels.html#identify"]membership categories[/DLMURL] for most people in the plumbing industry. These range from Companion which needs no qualifications, to Fellow which requires NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. For working plumbers, the Register of Plumbers established in 1886 offers the use of the coveted designatory letters "RP" after your name - this requires a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

I got level 3 and am fully qualified... never new there was a level 4 .... does any one on here have a level 4 qualification in plumbing / heating or gas.
why you on about why you need iphe card? if you got a cscs / jib card your a plumber

there is no level 4 in plumbing

ive got iphe because it has gained me work from it being on the registar has given customers the chance to look at the regisar online and choose a reputable plumber in there area
