I'm having difficulty replying to some threads. I keep getting an error message saying I don't have access - have I been banned?!?!?!?!

I'm sure I paid my tab this month!

Apparently there is a new filter being employed by the mods that can automatically block certain posts deemed inane.
All of this is without human intervention.
