Afternoon all. I've to go and look at a job in Essex (Braintree)i n the next couple of days. From what little I know so far is that it's out in the sticks, it's 3 separate buildings/dwellings on the same bit of land and there's going to be a bit of work in it, including a new oil boiler. I've put plenty of oil boilers in back home in Ireland (we have Oftec over there too and they seem to be about as effective there as they are here). What I want to know is, are any of you based out that way and .....please don't bite my head off .....would you be interested in commisioning a new installation for a fee if I put it in.........if NOT would you be interested in doing the boiler alone and I do the rest? As I said, haven't looked at it yet. Thanks in advance for any replies.

best check oftecs recent rule changes regarding commissioning boilers now, it means your second option is the only one available to you.
