REDSAW

driving up a busy road today minding my own when i heard the familiar sound of a 2 stroke coming along side. it was a bultaco trials bike which bought back memories from long ago when i used to indulge in a bit of motocross and trial riding.
nice for a bit of nostalgia for i cannot remember the last time i saw a trials bike on the road but reminded me of riding aside a mate 20 years past with the same bike.:goofy:

now here's the puzzling bit,

this bike had no front or back lights, non at all?:nonod:
all it had was a numberplate on the rear guard.

i thought it was illegal for a powered vehicle to use the public highway without at least a brake light or am i wrong?:dizzy2::lol:

whats the reg's

I have daytime mots on my two trials bikes. No lights, but factory fitted brake lights were in the mudguards when I bought them. Had new MOTs on them, last november, and the missing brake lights were not picked up.
Crazy I know.

REDSAW... Those Bultacos are the bees. Got myself a sherpa last year to do up, but have not got round to it yet.You cannot beat the smell of a two stroke engine
