Online cheap towel rails? found a website but is it safe to purchase?

I'm looking to replace a towel warmer for another one of the same size. I have found the kudox brand to be of good reviews

Has anyone heard about these ?

Kudox are fine. I buy Kudox rads in B&Q cheaper than the merchants and if you use a trade card you get quarterly cashback bought a load not long ago got a cheque yesterday for £83 squid
