Overflow pipe dripping

Hi all,

I’m not a plumber

My overflow pipe coming from the attic is dripping. I’ve a hot water tank in the attic.

Any ideas on things I can try please? Or should I just call a plumber

Also the pilot light keeps going out on the boiler. Not sure if they’re related
