HI,

just a bit confused what pipework to use, fitting combi boiler in a 3 bedr bungalow. There is not a lot of feedback outhere of people who laid pipework in concrete. Do you use grade X or use grade K, although i think grade K is not available in 15 or 22mm. If grade X is good , do you just wrap the pipework in densotape or what type of lagging would you use. Is there anything else that is of much importance when it comes to bedding pipework in concrete.
Will be starting the job soon, quick reply would be very helpful
Thanks a lot
Pete

been spending hours on the net, one simple reply and straight answer is just what i need
thanks for the prompt reply

copper 1057x pipe wrapped in desotape surrounded with a sand bed all round approx 2'' all round with end feed joints only, screeded over with 5/1 sand cement mix.
or 22mm plastic tube shroud barrier.
dont let cement mix come into contact with copper pipe.
