As the title says who fancies joining plumbers arms quiz league.

so here goes

Plumbers arms Quiz


Every week.
My thoughts are to have a league.
So people would need to,register there interest first.
This wouldn't stop people joining in quiz's on a one off basis or as when they can. It just means they wont accrue points in the league table.
So people need to register if they want to be in the league. But can still play if they dont register for the league.
Each person who registers will take turns to be the quiz master.
Max 20 or 30 questions 1 point per question.
So those who register for the league take it in turns to ask the questions.
When it is there turn they need to source the questions they wish to ask. For that weeks quiz.
Could be general knowledge music pictures owt you want.
Questions will be done through the chat app in the arms.
A sticky could be created for picture questions.
Players could open 2 tabs in their browser and refresh when quiz master posts a picture question.
1st person to answer question through the chat app gets the point
2 min time limit to answer question before moving onto next question dont see that being a problem clever bunch us plumbers
Points are totted up by quiz master for that week and submitted to the league table.
For everyone to see.could be weekend or weekeday to be decided

this may need tweaking a bit and test quizes to start off to test the water

playing for Kudos only but players could chuck a quid in each towards a trophy and a wooden spoon as such.

it depends on what the day and time is but i think it could work. so in principle im in.

i think that the format should be the same each week though.

ie) same number of gen knowledge q's and same number of pics etc

I fought a permanent battle against teachers at school who thought I couldnt spell my own name.

I like to pretend that there is an exotic back-story, but the truth is that there was a film star back in the 30's that my nan had a soft spot for, so my my uncle got the name, and later so did I.
