We are looking for a team of plumbers (NVQ level 3 and above or equivilant experience) 18 yrs and over to help with a large installation project for a theatre show in central London. We expect the project to last 2-3 weeks, and are looking for people from 1st December, for as many days as you are able to commit. Candidates chosen will be covered under our public liability policy and food will be provided by one of our sponsors.
We have an open door policy which means we create a community like no other, where disadvantaged people or beginners can work alongside skilled tradesmen and professionals of all kinds to create a show that the whole community can be proud of. Over a 6 month period we attract in the region of 20,000 volunteers. During our productions we provide training in multiple areas of theatre and accredited qualifications to everyone from disadvantaged young people to professionals seeking a career change. We have an ongoing scheme in place with Create London, which provides work placements for unemployed people who require work experience in relevant areas.
We have 20 toilets, 13 basins, 3 urinal toughs and some washing machines and dish washers to install and we need your help!
