poor pressure

hi all got a baxi 130 he combi three bed house 1 family bathroom 1 ensuite 1 wc problem is the pressure on the hot when the bath is running on full is poor and even worse when another outlet is called for whilst bath is running ie toilet washing machine etc there is a prv on the incoming cold mains

Why is the prv fitted to the incoming mains? Was it to overcome a problem with some facility?

not sure mate its a housing scheme thats been up for seven years done some work on neighbours houses and they are the same cant think of a reason for the prvs apart from the mains pressure where ia am is 10bar

wots the pressure flow rate like at kitchen tap if ok not prv
is mains filter on combi partially blocked
