I hope someone can assist me. Our newly delivered Worcester Bosch Greenstar Utility 50/70 oil boiler, which weighs 290 kg needed to be moved into the utility room in our house.

The builders have managed to get it in they but made a hash of lifting it initially and dropped it from about 3 feet on its side on to a gravel path. 😱

On inspecting it after they had said it was OK (I am a less than convinced), the very thin outer casing is a mess and the burner unit is not attached to the top of the primary heat exchanger.

The circular opening that the burner unit sits on appears to be burred at one point around its edge and I think this may have happened when the boiler was dropped.🙁

Can anyone tell me how I am going to discover if any serious damage has ocurred 😕 without sending the thing back to the suppliers ??

Thank you
