Hi,

i am looking for some advise please, i have a Potterton Performa he30 combi boiler, when i call for hot water the boiler firers up but when i call for heat nothing happens, the mechanical clock in the boiler is set to constant and the thermostat that is being used is a Drayton Digistat+RF, when i turn the temperature up on the stat the receiver lights up to say that its received the signal but nothing happens? can anyone help?

Hi Dean

Suggest you bite the bullet and call out a Potterton engineer.

There are a number of possibilities here including: wiring generally; expansion valve fault; low pressure in system etc etc

Afraid I can't give ou a straight answer but hope this is of some use

sounds more simple than that if its working ok to hot water you have a roomstat/wiring or timer issue that is all that will stop a performa working to ch if working to dhw, just because the timers on constant and the room stat is apparently working does not mean they are
