got one of these god dam boilers and its not giving any heating or hot water wont fire up at all!

ive checked the fault flow chart on the back of the case as they dont have the manual and it says replace the fan if power is above 80 volt ive checked the valtage and im getting 96v atm with nothing happening so i think its the fan

would i be correct or could there be another problem?

So your confirming it'sthe fan? cheers.

no no ones saying its the fan,its fu...wan........ not well,get a new one,old boilers are like old cars unless you have bottomless pockets get rid past its sell; by date or call in a gsr,who will fault it and not guess which parts have failed

sorry it was a fault on the fan it was one of those intermittent faults where the customer would ring me i would go round there and the bloody thing was working again! so i bit the bullet and changed the fan today and its working a ok

dident mean to confuse people by the way i am gsr
