Evening all,

I had a call back today from a month ago or so. The power trips when a) immediate demand for dhw and b) a few seconds after demand for ch. We replaced the programmer, cylinder stat and 3 port before (a different reason). This has only started a couple of days ago so I know it's not what we did.

Standard ov system with honeywell programmer, cylinder status and valve. Sunvic room stat.

My thoughts are 3 port (honeywell) as it's instant on dhw but I think the delay before tripping with ch is that it takes a few seconds for the valve to move across.

Would people agree or have other thoughts?

1 last thing, who do I message with my gsr details to get access to the inner workings!

Could be the pump, you need to start isolating components to find what is causing fault

Pump. On hw it would get instant supply from cylinder Stat on Heating the zone valve would open then bring on pump. Check resistance of pump and for short to earth.

I don't do gas, but I find anything that contains a motor is likely culprit when fuses or trips go suddenly. So usually circulating pump (or with oil its burner motors). Windings in motors break down or damp gets through
